| The Norwegian Championship was held in Oslo, Norway at the Antrade indoor track. All of the best drivers from Norway participated at this National Championship so we could expect some high competition. XRAY touring cars have been always one of the most popular brands due to their highest quality, low maintenance costs and excellent performance, so it was no wonder that the new T2 has attracted even more touring car drivers and definitely has become the most popular car to own and race. Of all the participants, more than 2/3 were XRAY touring cars. The track was very nice with a very good rhythm, but with some tricky combinations. The grip was very good, too. |

Helge Johannessen was TQ after qualifications, with 13 year old Adrian Berntsen in second and Sigmund Øvereng in third.

| In the finals, Helge Johannessen made some mistakes so the battle was going to be between Trygve Berntsen and his son Adrian. Before the last round of A-final everything was open about who would become the Norwegian champion for 2006, and everyone was wondering if 13 year old Adrian Berntsen would finally be able to take his first win. |

| In the last round it was a big battle between Trygve, Adrian and Helge, but Helge again made a mistake and the real fight for the win was again between Trygve and Adrian. Unfortunately Adrian made a small mistake in this last final and Trygve took the lead with Adrian in second, and at the end it was Trygve that made it to the finish first. |
